Functional Overview and Capabilities

The V10B high-speed machining center showcases a vertical frame layout with columns fixed on the bed. The spindle box moves up and down along the columns (Z direction), while the slide seat moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction). The workbench moves laterally along the slide seat (X direction). With all three axes using linear guides, this machine replaces sliding friction with rolling friction, offering faster movement and meeting high-speed precision requirements. It's capable of executing processes such as milling, drilling, expanding, boring, reaming, and tapping.
