New Processing Technology -Squeeze Casting
Aluminum Liquid forging is also called Squeeze casting. The principle is to fill the molten or semi-molten metal or alloy in the mold cavity, and then apply high pressure to plastically deform the solidified metal. The unsolidified metal is subjected to isostatic pressure and high-pressure solidification occurs at the same time then the parts or blanks, and T6 heat treatment can be performed to obtain high-strength, high-precision parts.

Squeeze casting is simple and economical, efficient in its use of raw material, and has excellent potential for automated operation at high rates of production. The process generates the highest mechanical properties attainable in a cast product. The microstructural refinement and integrity of squeeze cast products are desirable for many critical applications.
